The Academy organises a number of Adabi Nashishts, literary evenings, book reading and book review and discussion sessions with the young and established writers/poets every year. Programmes are also organised for felicitation and interaction with prominent literary personalities visiting Delhi from other cities of India and abroad. Condolence Meetings are also held to pay tributes to deceased eminent literary figures
